To effectively reduce electromagnetic interference EMI affecting the electrical signal or current transmission inside an audio cable along the propagation path, a grounded metal shielding structure has to be used. However, it will lead to deterioration of the quality of transmission due to the internal interference generated between the grounded metal shielding structure and the conductor inside the cable. It is also one of the major causes of the tonal imbalance to audio cables that users might find them carry specific tonal characteristics and therefore cannot be used satisfactorily for an entire audio system. And, more seriously, this will limit to realize the real performance of the audio system.
CFM’s proprietary technology can effectively control these issues and successfully further increase the physical layers of metal shielding structures with the precise optimal calibration processes for obtaining the highest possible shielding capability with the least internal interference to the conductor inside the cable.
