Melodious is CFM’s flagship ultra high-end series made with the 3rd generation Advanced OS+5, with five layers of uncompromising shielding structure design and using a pure solid silver conductor. In comparison to OS+ technology, Advanced OS+ technology adopts ultra-high density bare copper shielding braids and more discrete and effective grounding technology.
Due to the electrical conductivity of pure silver being approximately 6% higher than pure copper, silver is theoretically a much better material to use in audio signal and power transmission. However, it is also liable to more electromagnetic interference (EMI). As such, ordinary audio cables using a silver conductor typically sound unnatural, with less dynamic range and a distinct lack of rich musicality.
During our research and development, CFM found that EMI can be significantly suppressed while using pure solid silver conductors in conjunction with our astonishing Advanced OS+5, five-layer, ultra high-density shielding structure. This allows us to maximize all the benefits of using pure silver conductor over pure copper conductor. In contrast to pure copper, a pure silver conductor successfully sounds much more natural, with silky and detailed soundstage, great dynamics and exceptionally rich musicality. Highly Flexible Grounding Configurations
The standard flagship system includes a Melodious Mega Earth Grounding Cable, a Mega Earth Grounding Distributor MD-1Ag wired with pure silver and three Standard 2-Ground-Cable Kits of different regular lengths also wired with pure silver, GC2-50Ag (50cm long), GC2-75Ag (75 cm) and GC2-100Ag (100cm). These allow you to flexibly configure the ground cables with pure silver wire version Termination Adapters to suit your specific audio setup of up to 3 audio equipment or 6 of our CFM OnEarth upgraded version cables or their mixed combinations.
The Melodious Mega Earth Grounding Cable is precisely built and calibrated using our 3rd generation patented Advanced Optimised Shielding Plus technology AOS+5. It is the most cost-effective way to provide vastly superior optimised earth grounding for your entire audio system that allows you to individually customise totally up to six ground cable kits of different regular lengths. Each pure silver wire version kit can support up to four grounding optimisation connections of the same length and different silver wire version Termination Adapters.

Proprietary Treatment with Patented Technology
The supplied wooden blocks are used for supporting the Mega Earth Grounding Cable body. As they are specially treated with the same proprietary technology for the cables, they help maximize the effectiveness of the Mega Earth Grounding Cable to provide the best possible audio performance. The wooden blocks should be placed underneath the cable, with the CFM logo the right way up and not upside down and facing towards the ground source along the cable.
A wooden block is also used for supporting the Mega Earth Grounding Distributor. We recommend placing the block in the designated position underneath the Mega Earth Grounding Distributor, again ensuring that the CFM logo is the right way up in order to achieve the best possible audio performance.
